AED

Adult/Child CPR Class

This class teaches individuals to recognize and respond to emergencies. It will cover adult/child CPR, obstructed airway, bloodborne pathogens, and the universal precautions. Student will get hands-on practice with manikins. Class includes a completion card valid for two years, and a CPR/AED/First Aid handbook.

Adult/Child/Infant CPR & First Aid Renewal Class

This is a renewal class for individuals who possess a current CPR and First Aid card; or a card no more than 30 days expired. Course will review & update adult/child/Infant CPR, obstructed airway, Bloodborne pathogens, universal precautions, and First Aid information. The class will provide hands-on practice with manikins. Class includes a completion card valid for two years, and a CPR/AED/First Aid handbook.

EMSAAdult/Child CPR & AED Class (EMSA Approved)

Class will provide students with the basic skills and knowledge needed to recognize a victim in need of the Automated External Defibrillator (AED) device. Students will also learn how to properly use the AED device. Adult/Child CPR and obstructed airway techniques will be covered and practiced. The class will provide hands-on practice with manikins. Class includes a completion card valid for two years, and a CPR/AED/First Aid handbook.

BLS Healthcare Provider CPR Class

This BLS HCP class teaches individuals to recognize and respond to emergencies. It will cover adult, child, infant CPR, and obstructed airway. Class will cover barrier devices, bag-mask device, and use of an AED. After successful completion of a written test and skills, student will receive an American Heart Associate BLS Healthcare provider CPR card valid for two years.

First Aid Class (EMSA Approved)

The class teaches individuals how to identify and help control life threatening situations. The class will cover injury and illness assessments, signs and symptoms, and treatment for the following: allergic reaction, amputations, bleeding, cuts, burns, cold and heat emergencies, diabetes, drowning, fractures, head injuries, heart attack, poisoning, shock, seizures, stings, bites, stroke, ticks, Bloodborne pathogens, universal precautions, and more. Class includes a completion card valid for two years, and a CPR/AED/First Aid handbook.
