The CPR and 1st aid class that I took last saturday was the best I've ever had. Vicky was funny, witty and knowledgeable. I feel confident that I will be able to help someone in need. The hands- on training was what made all the difference between this class and the previous classes I've had. Vicky went over the procedure a number of times focusing on those who did not understand and that is why I look forward to seeing Vicky in two years when I renew my certificate. I must say she was highly recommended by the office staff at Cajon Valley Middle School. I will certainly refer Vicky to any potential clients. She makes her classes easily affordable for people with limited income, and I hope this incredible service to the community remains intact for years to come.

I finished the CPR/First Aide class at RB High School today. It was easily the best such class I have ever had. I took this training while I was in the Air Force and at various other times in my life. This was the first time I enjoyed the class instead of being bored and overwhelmed with facts I could not remember. This is also the first time I left the class really feeling that I could really DO the first response procedures and do them correctly. It is my fond hope that I will be able to renew my certification in a couple of years through the same company. Thank you for the class!

I did want to follow-up with you regarding the training. Bonnie, is wonderful! She is lively, energetic, professional, and just an all-around wonderful trainer. We love the way she relates the information, in such a matter-of-fact way. It is very easy to learn from her, and it's also very easy to remember the material reviewed in class. She knows how to lead a class, and how to keep everyone involved.

I just wanted to let you know Bill, Bonnie and myself were all very happy with the classes we took with your company. You answered all my questions whenever I called in a happy, helpful manner. And we all loved Chris's classes. She was the best teacher we ever had teaching CPR/1st aid. (Bill has had many of these classes since he worked in a hospital, was a chef, and now a plumber...over the last 20-22 years). Bonnie and I will be calling you next year to renew our 1st aid class. I just wanted to let know know how happy we all are since its so hard to find companies that are as helpful and easy to deal with. I will also tell the other providers that I know they should call you when they need to renew. Good luck and we'll talk again next year.
