Our program is approved by the Emergency Medical Service Authority (EMSA), the Commission of Teacher Credentialing, and meet’s OSHA requirements.

How can I view a class ?
If you’ve never used this site, you’ll need to register first. Once registered, you can purchase all available classes and products.
I forgot my password?
We can send you a temporary password to the email address you registered with. It is important that you change the temporary password at your earliest convenience.
I forgot my login email?
Your email is the address you provided at registration. If you cannot recall your registered email address and cannot log-in to your account, please call (619) 669-9911.
What happened to my class?
If the class you purchased is no longer available or otherwise viewable when you log-in to your customer account, please note that all classes expire 90 days, or three months, from purchase. To take the class again your will have to re-purchase it. There are no exceptions to this rule.
